He is currently managing one of the leading Estonian Software Development houses - Wisercat. Wisercat is helping with software development and digital transformation companies like Westernacher Consulting, ABBYY, SAP, Ericsson, Synchronoss, Estonian Government, Elering, Revolut, Jingle Pay, and so on.

Astra has worked in Ministry of Justice for almost 16 years holding different positions, starting in 2007 with assisting the Secretary-General. At the beginning of 2020, she was on maternity leave with her fourth child and decided to restart her career and enter the world of IT. After completing Cerebrum Hub 4-month program she landed a job at Kühne&Nagel, one of the leading logistics companies in Europe.

Andres Gavriljuk
CEO of Cerebrum Hub
Andres has been working in the IT industry since 2013. He was managing large IT software development projects for companies like Omniva, the Estonian Tax and Customs Board, KredEx and Edisoft. Over past 5 years, Andres was leading his own software development companies, developing IT solutions for Banking, Logistics and Government.

He co-founded Cerebrum Hub because he continuously needed great employees and wanted to make practical, hands-on education available for everybody.
